During the course of my research I've corresponded with a number of people by email. This led to the concensus that there needed to be a more formal means of discussion and I established a small, invitation-only (simply to avoid the annoyance of possible spammers), mailing list. It's a very low volume discussion about the M.L.'s, family members who served aboard them, questions regarding details of interest to a few model builders and so forth. Our membership includes a number of authors, a naval historian, boat-builders and designers, and more than one person who's father or grandfather served aboard an M.L.. A great resource for learning more!
