This was probably taken in an immediately post-war ML or yacht conversion. Note the nice roll-top desk, a doorknob on the after hatchway, and the extended ladder. Comparison with a photograph shot at a similar angle from an ML during the war shows a much simpler deck, shorter ladder (why waste all that extra wood for one extra step?) and no such hardware on the hatch.
