Lieut. Athol Blair Macleod, R.N.V.R.

By January, 1918 M.L. 131 was part of the Queenstown Command. It may have only been at this time that Macleod took command (there's some indication that Bidwell had command of 131 prior to moving over to 325 in the same flotilla).
