Lieut. Athol Blair Macleod, R.N.V.R.

In command of ML 131 during WWI, Athol was later the first Commanding Officer of, and participated in the establishment of, the RCNVR Edmonton Half-Company, created on March 27, 1923. Athol also served on HMCS Skeena and as a Lt. Commander on the HMCS Naden in Vancouver, B.C.
